Ours is a school which is run by SARVA VIDYALAYA KELAVANI MANDAL, founded by Late Chhaganbha in 1919. Smt. R. G. Patel Secondary Girls School was started in 1990. It was donated by Smt. Raiben Gopaldas Patel. Then in 1992 Smt. Savitaben Babubhai Patel donated money to start the higher secondary section as Smt. S. B. Patel Higher Secondary Girls School.

Our Science department started in 1998. Ours is one of the best schools in Gujarat to educate girls. We not only give education to them but also inspire them to be the best and responsible citizen. We have been achieving the best results for 29 years. In the year 2007-08 and 2013-14, we have been awarded as THE BEST SCHOOL OF GANDHINAGAR DISTRICT. Every year our students get admission in Medical, Engineering, Paramedical, Pharmacy, Nursing, CA, CS, MBA, MCA.

As a Principal of this institute, I always try to implement the slogan ‘BETI BACHAO, BETI PADHAO, BETI VADHAO’ and the slogan given by our respected Late Chhaganba- ‘DO GOOD, FOR GOOD WILL BACK TO YOU’. I always encourage my students for their excellent results, awards, achievements and their whole development. I heartily follow the instructions given by our Trustees, DEO office and Government educational offices. I always emphasize both on curricular and co-curricular activities. With the support of my teaching and non-teaching staff members, I will surely fulfil the expectations and aims of Sarva Vidhyalay and their founders.
