How to Apply

Application Process

  1. View the current postings.
  2. Select the position you’re interested in by clicking on the Job Title
  3. Review the posting/ad description. To apply, click on the e-mail ID.
  4. Upload your cover letter and resume/CV. 
  5. You will receive an email notification that your application was received.

Applying In Person

We encourage you to submit your application online so you can track your application status and receive email notification. If you are unable to use the online system, you can drop off your application in person. If you do not have a resume, complete the Application form which shall be available at all the Admin offices.  Your application must identify the Job ID and Position Title you are applying for. All applications must be received by the closing date of the posting/ad.

  • Prepare your application

    It is important to prepare your CV and a cover letter that reflects the position description. Address the selection criteria in the application and follow our helpful tips. Be sure to proofread your application. Once you have submitted your application online, you’ll be sent an email acknowledging that it has been received.

    • Be an effective job applicant:
      *Learn more about the process of applying for jobs and how to ensure you stand out from the crowd.
      *Demonstrate to employers that you have the relevant skills and attributes to do the job, that you are highly motivated, and that you understand their organisation and culture.
      *Check the standard format of writting a cover letter, job application, CV/Resume, Interview Tips,
        Psychometric and aptitude tests.
  • Attend the job interview

    • After the closing date, the selection committee will review and discuss all applications and agree on a shortlist. You will then be notified of the outcome of your application. If you are shortlisted for the position, the selection committee will contact you for one or more interviews (either face to face or, in some cases, by phone or video call). Academics and senior professional roles may be asked to conduct a lecture/seminar as a part of the interview process. After the interviews, the selection committee will confirm your referees, carry out other checks as required, and make their final decision.
