Bhavkunj School is a co-educational English Medium school, affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), New Delhi and a part of Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal.
Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal – the trust which has been in existence for more than nine decades. It is a well reputed and prestigious educational trust in North Gujarat.
The trust’s efforts towards education have been very well praised by Mahatma Gandhiji during his visit to the campus.
What started with mere 6 students in 1919 has become an extending home to 52,000 students till date each branching out to be another fruit to the global garden.
Visits of achievers like Ms. Sunita Williams, daughter of Sarva Vidhyalaya High School alumni, to Kadi campus talks a thousand praise of the relentless efforts and contribution the trust has been continuously working towards for one and all.
Working ahead with same zest and endeavours, Sarva Vidhyalaya Kelavni Mandal has initiated a New CBSE proposed school in accordance to meet the growing educational needs and learning.
On 17th April 2017 a vision took shape in the name of Bhavkunj School. It was a dream come true to SarvaVidhyalayaKelavaniMandal. The dream of opening a CBSE school under the umbrella of SVKM, Kadi. It was also a proud moment for the donor ShriPravinBhai Patel. The opening ceremony took place at 8.45 AM on 17.04.2018. The indoor sports complex was the venue for inauguration. The ceremony was witnessed by large number of parents and well wishers who had come to grace the occasion. The air was filled with earnest expectations where the brand new beginning marked many firsts. This is proposed to be the first CBSE school in Kadi.
BHAVKUNJ strive constantly and VALUE BASED LEARNING by strongly believing in a comprehensive and holistic education that instills the values which are ingrained to help foster confidence, direction, and critical thinking skill, leading to the development of well adjusted, adoptable and integrated personalities.
The amenities and resources provided to the students were unmatched.
This school is a technology driven school with all latest devices and application provided to the students. All the students were provided with latest Tablets for learning.
The school fee was still kept affordable.
The class rooms were air-conditioned.
The dining hall is well furnished and the food provided is cooked keeping in mind taste, hygiene and health.
The school has the state of the art Library which has around 8000 books with latest magazines and the school also provides digital version of the magazines and journals to students.
At Bhavkunj School we have been trying to bring reformation at many levels like, Socially, Emotionally, Physically and finally the well being student.I am happy that we have started towards the Goal…. With this note I welcome 2019-20.
Our experiential learning programs are a class in itself where our students get to explore the natural setting around them. By doing so they go to the roots that teach them never to forget the basics.This year our students had the experience to explore the aquatic life and forests. During these experiential learning programs we expect our students to learn how to live on their own and manage themselves with minimum comforts but maximum learning for life. Our Students love to interact with nature now. It took months to inculcate this.
